We received an excellent price for the oil. The office staff were polite and friendly. Initially, we were informed that the delivery would take about five working days, but later in the day, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that it would be delivered the next day. The delivery lorry arrived promptly, and the driver was friendly. We have no complaints whatsoever. We have chosen Certas for our heating oil multiple times and plan to continue doing so
