Tom, the call handler, was incredibly supportive, striking a balance between friendliness and professionalism. He provided clear explanations, and I switched because of a more competitive quote compared to my previous insurer. However, I encountered insurmountable difficulties trying to log into my account – it simply wouldn't accept any password, whether mine or your suggested ones. After several unsuccessful attempts, I eventually gave up. Thank you.
