From the point we decided to switch to Origin Broadband, everything went smoothly. The modem arrived promptly and functioned perfectly. I made a mistake with the password, causing a brief delay, but a very friendly Australian Customer Service Officer resolved the issue in five minutes! Our internet speed is now 50% faster than what we had with Telstra, and the plan is $48 a month more affordable. It's a win-win for us!

Our experience was primarily a personnel issue. It was only on our third attempt with Origin that the individual managing our situation was willing to go above and beyond for a customer. In retrospect, I may have unintentionally played a role in the issue, which Learna did not mention. This not only demonstrates good manners but also reflects her consideration for the client. Everything is now resolved with credit, and we are very grateful to Learna.
