I placed an order for a pair of Tom Ford glasses with reading lenses through their website. Unfortunately, I realized I had requested the wrong type of lenses. Upon emailing to inquire about the cost of returning the glasses and changing the lenses to distance lenses, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email stating that they would replace the lenses for free. I only needed to cover the shipping costs for each way. The service was excellent, the delivery was fast, and the customer service was top-notch—overall, a fantastic optician to deal with. I highly recommend them, and I would certainly make future purchases from them.
