The phone assistants at Tesco are unparalleled. They refrain from promoting costly products, attentively listen to customer needs, and provide clear and straightforward advice. Older customers, such as myself, often require technical assistance, and it is consistently offered in a very understanding manner. The assistants are exceptionally well-trained. The products also offer great value.

Throughout my visit to the Tesco Mobile shop in Newbury, I was treated professionally yet in a friendly manner from the moment I walked in. I was promptly acknowledged, given time to browse, and then asked if I needed assistance. Subsequently, I was presented with various options for phones and contracts. Although I initially intended to purchase only a SIM card, I ended up with a better deal compared to my current provider and an upgraded phone. The staff provided comprehensive information, including legal explanations.
