Jas, the optician, exudes kindness and reassurance, making you feel like you're in the hands of a safe and professional expert. Anne, the receptionist and your guide to your new eyewear, was lovely - always ready to help and exceptionally patient. Overall, I can't praise these wonderful individuals and their work enough.
