Staff is very friendly. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size tire for my Kugoo G Booster, which I also bought from Doctor Scooter. I attempted to contact customer service for the return, but there was no response. However, Nana promptly called me back. The staff at the Manchester store was incredibly helpful. Omaid, an exceptionally skilled, incredibly proficient, and highly professional individual, is the go-to person for all your needs. He successfully replaced the rear tire on my Ninebot Max, maintaining its tubeless feature. Omaid has worked on my scooters for various tasks, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle them. He even took the extra step to organize the wires to prevent future issues. I wholeheartedly recommend his services, a perfect 10/10.
