After our car was rear-ended and sustained moderate damage, we got in touch with AA insurers. Within a day, they arranged to pick up our car for repairs and provided us with a courtesy car to use while our car was being worked on. Both the AA and the repair shop, Jim Clancy & Sons of Poulton-le-Fylde, along with the courtesy car providers Europcar, kept us well-informed about the progress. Our car was returned in pristine condition on November 31st, having been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, in addition to the necessary repairs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! - DW
