"I ordered raw food for delivery for the…"

I ordered raw food for delivery for the first time, Which would save me visiting the shop. Unfortunately when it arrived 3 days later it was all defrosted and contained flies in the box. I phoned walnut tree who were fantastic in dealing with the issue. I was given a straight refund no questions asked. In future I will just make the trip to walnut tree and collect myself :) but overall I can not fault the shop :)
