I have gained a clear understanding of the importance of reviewing my bill, examining the rates, and determining whether they are variable or fixed. Previously, I had it set up for automatic monthly payments, and it was somewhat overlooked. Upon bundling my gas and electric services with IGS, I had the pleasure of working with the knowledgeable and helpful salesman, Dave. I am satisfied with IGS as a company – they have been my gas supplier for a while, and now they handle my electric as well.

When we initially arranged our agreement with IGS, there was a waiting period of a few months for both enrollments. They assured us they would provide reminders, and indeed, they followed through on that commitment. They even sent a representative in person since we were unable to take calls.

At this moment, the only aspect I can provide feedback on is that the Regional Manager, Corey, was easy to communicate with and addressed my questions. The real test will be reflected in my bill, and whether I did, in fact, save money. I did research the costs, and I believe the switch will be beneficial, but time will tell. I'll be disappointed if we don't see savings!
