We are extremely pleased with our acquisition from Stefano Design! We purchased the Eames Lounge chair and ottoman, and it arrived meticulously packaged with clear instructions (although the delivery took about a month, considering we reside outside mainland Europe, it was understandable). Communication with Stefano Design was consistently excellent throughout the entire process, providing quick responses to all our inquiries.

"I ordered raw food for delivery for the…"
I ordered raw food for delivery for the first time, Which would save me visiting the shop. Unfortunately when it arrived 3 days later it was all defrosted and contained flies in the box. I phoned walnut tree who were fantastic in dealing with the issue. I was given a straight refund no questions asked. In future I will just make the trip to walnut tree and collect myself :) but overall I can not fault the shop :)
