This ranks among the best conferences I've attended in my 27 years with the NHS. The educational content was outstanding, and what made it even more valuable was the ample time for reflection on various healthcare topics, especially in the company of senior peers. I gained valuable insights for enhancing services for our patients. In comparison to some London meetings, I found this to be truly value for money. The discussions about moral injury during COVID were touching, emphasizing the importance of supporting our doctors to prevent burnout. The approach of blending educational content with leisure, reminiscent of meetings in the US, should be considered the right model for learning.
