"Outstanding service."

Exceptional service without the aggressive sales tactics often encountered in large chain stores! Surprisingly, the cost was even lower than some well-known 'big names' that never seem to adhere to their advertised prices.

"Trustworthy"

je suis extrêmement satisfait de la succursale de Gosforth (je n'ai pas utilisé les autres, donc je ne peux pas faire de commentaire) et je n'aurais aucune hésitation à les recommander. Je les ai appelés récemment pour demander une paire de lunettes de remplacement pour mon fils car il les avait oubliées lors d'une sortie scolaire. J'ai expliqué à quel point il avait du mal à l'école sans elles. La dame avec qui j'ai traité (Ann, je crois) était exceptionnelle. Elle a dit qu'elle ferait de son mieux pour les faire fabriquer d'ici lundi au plus tard (nous sommes mercredi aujourd'hui), mais probablement avant. Elle m'a rappelé pour confirmer ce qui se passait et me rassurer.

"La succursale de Gosforth est parfaite, une note de 10/10."

I am incredibly pleased with the Gosforth branch (I haven't tried the others, so I can't speak for them), and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. I recently contacted them to request a replacement pair of glasses for my son, as he accidentally left them behind during a school trip. I explained the impact on his schoolwork without them. The person I spoke to, I believe her name is Ann, provided exceptional service. She assured me she would do her best to have the replacement glasses ready by Monday at the latest (today is Wednesday), but possibly sooner. She followed up with a call to confirm the progress, which was very reassuring. This is what I consider to be genuine courtesy and outstanding customer service. Both of my children and my husband are clients there. Although I have typically used a high street chain for my eye check-ups every three years, I plan to schedule my next appointment with Thompsons based on this positive experience
