"Outstanding customer service."

Exceptional customer service. The earrings arrived surprisingly fast, even during the Black Friday sale. When I expressed concern about the back of one earring via email, a replacement was sent the very next day! I opted for the titanium earrings due to previous reactions with other types, and so far, there's been no irritation. Hoping this continues so I can make additional purchases—fingers crossed for an extended titanium range in gold!

"Incredible!"

I was initially doubtful that these earrings wouldn't cause irritation to my ears, as I had difficulty wearing any earrings without discomfort within a few hours. But, wow. I've been wearing Solace earrings for 8 days, and most of the time, I forget I have them in! They are incredibly comfortable, and, most importantly, my ears are at ease with no irritation whatsoever. I will certainly order again in the future, as these will be my new go-to earrings! Thank you, Solace!
