Exceptional service from the initial call to the successful completion of the job. The staff was punctual and very polite. Although the job was finished in 30 minutes, the engineer stayed an additional 25 minutes to perform housekeeping tasks, enhancing the overall performance of the computer.

Exceptional customer service! Although the part for my iPad had to be ordered, I received my iPad back within a few days. They even called a day ahead, offering the option to pick up the iPad or have it delivered with their rounds. While their pricing is slightly higher than other phone shops in town, it's well justified by the use of official parts or parts endorsed by the brands. I will undoubtedly turn to Device Doctors again when needed, 100% satisfied.
