Communication right from the beginning was excellent, with Waseem making sure he could accommodate my schedule, especially around school runs. The 5-minute advance text message notifying me of his arrival was a nice touch too! Having recently moved into a new house, I was unfamiliar with the boiler's operation, though I knew it needed servicing. Waseem arrived and explained, in straightforward terms, how to use the boiler. He also pointed out that the current thermostat was broken, outlined the cost, and inquired if I wanted him to fix it that day, to which I agreed. In summary, Waseem was cost-effective, friendly, worked cleanly and efficiently, and demonstrated extensive knowledge. I plan on enlisting Waseem for future work without hesitation.
