Upon discovering a fitting vehicle listed on Autotrader and viewing it online through Carsa's advertisement, I was contacted by a helpful customer service agent. We scheduled a viewing later in the week at the Durham Branch. The customer experience team, consisting of Aidan, Shannon, and Katie, proved to be both amiable and professional. A final Zoom call with Tom Bolton sealed the deal for purchasing the car, an EV VW e-Up!, which was in pristine condition. Extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Carsa! Will definitely consider using their services again in the future.
