"Outstanding quality control."

The initial version of the watch they intended to dispatch did not pass their internal quality checks due to an unremovable scratch. They identified this issue before sending it to me, swiftly arranged for another watch, and kept me informed throughout the process. The replacement watch arrived in flawless condition. I believe this demonstrated exemplary service, as many retailers might choose to inquire whether the customer would accept the slightly damaged watch, potentially subjecting the customer to the inconvenience of returning it.
