Reserved three half-day virtual courses with Doctors Training and just completed the first one on Optimizing Your Job Plan. It was an excellent course and should be part of the induction for all new SAS doctors. The organization and delivery were impeccable. The content proved engaging, effectively utilizing breakout rooms and group activities. A substantial amount of material was covered, making efficient use of time for everyone involved. This training is expected to assist current trainers in fostering improved engagement with their trainees and enhancing the quality and depth of their communication. Additionally, having subsequent access to the high-quality training materials was a delightful bonus :-)
