"The Personal Touch."

A highly transparent and uncomplicated system. Simple to set up, and reassuring that if any uncertainties arise, there's access to a human assistant for assistance. I hope we maintain this connection as we progress toward complete automation. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

"Slightly ahead of schedule."

I've only rated the booking experience. Requesting a review seven months before my travel seems a bit unusual, and if everything goes smoothly, without the need to make a claim, I won't have any insight into how good or bad they are. So why five stars? I've used them before, and their pricing was the best. This time, it remained the best even before a Black Friday 20% discount. Fingers crossed.

"Extremely supportive individuals."

I called to discuss the policy I was interested in, and Margaret at Avanti was incredibly helpful. She patiently explained everything step by step and never rushed me into any decisions. I mentioned that I would come back later in the week to finalize the insurance, and she was understanding, giving me the time I needed to think it over. I highly recommend Avanti Travel Insurance.
