Simon, the Openreach Engineer, addressed our landline issue with meticulous fault tracing. This marked our third attempt in seven years, and finally, Openreach provided someone with expertise in the field. The coordination by BT Newcastle was commendable as well. Special thanks to Simon and BT for their efforts.

The technician arrived punctually as scheduled and efficiently and neatly set up the new service. He was exceptionally courteous and provided useful explanations on relevant details. Throughout the weeks leading up to the installation, we received consistent reminders about the engineer's expected arrival, to the point where it became a bit overwhelming, with various organizations contacting us for the same matter. However, the system started working seamlessly right after installation, and we've observed a noticeable improvement in speed. We no longer require a booster. Thus far, we are highly satisfied with the service.

Later, he visited my residence, guiding me through the process and attentively considering my preferences for the placement of external wiring and the box. Subsequently, he efficiently carried out the installation both outdoors and indoors. After ensuring that everything was in working order, he provided a clear explanation of the functionality of each box, tidied up the surroundings, and returned indoor and outdoor furniture to its original position. A brilliant installation overall.
