"Excellent service despite the delays."

I faced a considerable delay with my order, attributed to supplier issues. Although it was unfortunate, the team consistently kept me informed with updates at least weekly. They also offered me the choice to cancel if I wished. I chose to continue, and in the end, I received a gorgeous watch with a full warranty in perfect condition, albeit in a somewhat dusty box. The significant discount was a bonus. I have no grievances and would happily patronize them again.
