Contacted the Able Group through Checkatrade to address a bathroom toilet leak. Scheduled for a 4-hour window the next day, received a courtesy call, and Stuart arrived punctually. Stuart was both amiable and systematic. In addition to replacing a part, he conscientiously re-drained the system upon noticing a small pipework leak, replacing the affected section. Clearly explained every step and didn't appear hurried at any point.

At times, the door lock would stick, requiring more force than usual to achieve locking or unlocking. I reached out to the Able Group through a Checkatrade leaflet and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8 am and 12 pm. The locksmith arrived punctually, replaced the entire locking mechanism on the spot. It was a quick, clean fix, and the locksmith had a pleasant demeanor. I am very pleased with the outcome
