"Mike and Malcom worked their magic indeed"

Mike and Malcom truly went above and beyond. When delivering our new and heavy bed, they encountered a broken lift, requiring them to move everything by hand to one floor due to an unexpected issue. Despite this challenge, they remained friendly and efficient. Additionally, they kindly collected all the plastics and miscellaneous items, leaving the area immaculate. Their work seemed almost magical! Thank you very much.

Outstanding service - highly efficient and consistently kept me updated on delivery times via text the day before and on the day, providing a two-hour window. They arrived precisely at the scheduled start time. The delivery team was exceptionally helpful, bringing the suite to the lounge but ensuring it remained carefully wrapped due to ongoing building work to prevent any damage. Definitely recommended.
